I have over 15 years experience working with children in a variety of capacities. I have observed first hand how important play is and the depth of healing it brings. I discovered Play therapy while experiencing parenting challenges of my own and felt drawn to train in and provide this to children and families.

Qualifcations

I am a fully Accredited Play Therapist and have a Post Graduate Diploma - Level 9 in Practice Based Play Therapy. Trained with The Academy of Play and Child Psychotherapy (APAC) & NUIG, National University of Ireland, Galway.

I am fully insured and Garda vetted. I am a member of both IPTCA - The Irish Play Therapy Community Association & PTIRL - Play therapy Ireland.

I served on the board of IPTCA - The Irish Play Therapy Community Association, from 2021 - 2025.

IPTCA aim to ensure that Play Therapists in Ireland receive appropriate standards of professional practice. And that children have access to the services that they need.
